Catering your event is our reason for being here. Count on our well-trained and reliable chefs and staff to cater your board meeting, staff appreciation day, training workshop, communal ceremony, birthday party, or wedding.
Type of catering: Please select one of our three types of catering below.
☐ Onsite service: The event organizer can pay for a number of guests or guests can pay onsite for their meals and drinks. However, the applicable security deposit is required. We drive, park our food truck at the designated location at the event address, and serve the customers with a prior selected menu or with a menu of their choice during the event.
☐ Drop-Off Catering: We deliver the menu of your choice and transfer food to your hot and cold holdings and your volunteers will handle food service to your guests. However, the event organizer can let us know if there is a need to use our hot and cold holdings and utensils.
☐ Pick-Up Catering: The event organizer transfers food items to his/her food equipment (hot and cold holdings) and picks up a selected menu. However, the event organizers can use Yummy Food Truck equipment and utensils and return them two days after the event.
☐ Buffet Style and Service: This is a headache-free option. We deliver food, set up the buffet, and serve and clean up after the event at an extra cost usually discussed with the event host. However, event hosts can choose to have volunteers to handle food service, their own hot, and cold food holdings, and utensils.
Cold Appetizers
☐ Hummus Dip: Hummus with a variety of cheeses, veggies, and crackers.
☐ Tzatziki Bites: Tzatziki bites made of tzatziki sauce (plain yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil) and served with a variety of cheese, veggies, and crackers.
Main course:
☐ Platter of mixed BBQs (briskets, ribs, and drumsticks): $20 per person. Platter of mixed BBQs (Ribs, Briskets, Drumsticks) 350 grams are seasoned with delicious herbs and spices and slowly barbecued over oak wood and served with hummus and your choice of fries, beans, lentils, bread, or rice. You can add a salad, soup, and dessert to your menu for $5.00 per person for each selection.
☐ Platter of mixed BBQs (briskets, ribs, and drumsticks): $20 per person. Platter of mixed BBQ pork ribs, briskets, and drumsticks, seasoned with delicious herbs and spices and slowly barbecued over charcoal and served with hummus and your choice of fries, beans, lentils, bread, or rice. Add one or more of our salads, soups, and desserts to your menu for $5.00 per person for each selection.

☐ Butter chicken: $18 per person. Butter chicken served with rice and one drink.
☐ Pulled pork stew: $18 per person. Pulled pork stew is made of barbecued pulled pork, cooked with veggies, and served with rice and one drink.
☐ Beef stew: $18 per person. Beef stew with fried potatoes, and tomato sauce and served with rice and one drink.
☐ Beef and Okra stew: $18.00 per person. Beef and okra stew is made of okra with veggies and served with rice and one drink.
☐ Our delicious wraps: $18 per person. Select from our falafel wraps; beef shawarma wraps chicken shawarma wraps and one drink.
Healthy and nutritional soups: Select from our healthy and nutritional soups.
☐ Lentil soups: $5.00Lentil soup is made of lentils, butter, herbs, spices, and lemon juice and served with bread and butter. Add a salad for $5.00.
☐ BBQ pulled pork soup: Our healthy and delicious soup is made of BBQ pulled pork, and mixed vegetables, and served with bread and butter. Add a salad for $5.00.
☐ Creamy pumpkin soup: Pumpkin, onion, garlic, carrot, butter, fresh herbs and spices.
SALADS: $5.00 per person for one selection from our accompanying salad. Choose one or more from our salads to accompany your main course package.
☐ Cold Taco Salad made of crushed Doritos, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and olives.
☐ Greek Salad made of veggies, crumbled feta cheese, and olives.
☐ Potato Salad is made of potato, onion, mayonnaise and pickle.
☐ Hawaiian Pasta Salad made of pasta, ham, pineapple tidbits, red pepper, and green onion.
Dessert: $5.00 for one selection per person. Please choose 1- or more from the below for your event.

Options for dietary restrictions: We work with the event host to provide options to customers with dietary restrictions to ensure everyone enjoys the party.
Serving time: The event must start and end on an agreed date time. Otherwise, $10.00 will be charged $10.00 per person for every half hour over the contracted time.
Liability for personal injury and property damage: Yummy Food Truck is not liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by the guests or customers.
Service Quality and Satisfaction: Yummy Food Truck ensures that cold and hot temperatures are guaranteed as required by the health authority and that service is delivered according to the agreed menu.
Gratuity: 18 percent of the bill.
Minimum guarantee fee: $500.00 deposit.
Credit Card Authorization: I hereby authorize the Yummy Food Truck to charge to my credit card, a deposit in the amount of $500.00.
Termination policy: Yummy Food Truck fully refunds the deposit to the event host should the event be cancelled three months prior event date. Yummy Food Truck will retain 25% of the deposit if the event should the event is canceled a month before event day. However, Yummy Food Truck is entitled to retain all deposits should an event be canceled 29 days before the event day.
